Hello. What a fun idea for a contest. What brings out the kid in me? Basically, there are two things I do with the kids in which I actually totally forget all that annoying grown up stuff... bills, deadlines... for at least a few minutes. It's singing and dancing (we put on a Laurie Berkner DVD and stomp around) and it's painting/art. It's just impossible to be all serious while you're yelling, "Buzz Buzz" or finger painting.

Wow. What a cool contest!

I've been looking at the Wii for quite a while now, and I KNOW it would definitely make me more kid-like, which would be so awesome, dude! (Trying for early pubescence-speak...is it working for ya?)

Current kid-like (compared to juvenile) activities: I am a junkie for thrill rollercoasters. I also love cannonballing into the pool and splashing around, and my absolute fave has got to be pool volleyball.

I hope I get the chance to win the Wii. Thanks!

im already in 20's right now but there are still times or events that really would bring the kid in me! like, i really love to go to carnivals and even playing basketball with my 5yr old nephew.. and also when i treat my niece, we go for ice creams and other sweets!

What brings out the kid in me...
After the birth of our first child, I swear I was 10 years younger, gooing & gaaing. That has now turned into ticking them till they scream, pillow fights, playing cars on the floor and eating food at "their restaurant" every weekend morning.
I was not lucky enough to have a good father, but that life experiance has taught me to enjoy every laugh, tantrum, kiss & knee to the groin (well maybe not that!)

The small group of my closest friends. We all love gardening, card making, cooking, etc.
We go on weekend trips to out of state craft shows, flower shows and anything we want. We have wonderful families that take over while we are gone having fun! In our hotel room, we are like a bunch of school girls again.....We laugh so hard, we cry. Thanks,Cindi

I'm a mother of 2 and 26 years old. It's amazing how you can feel so old and so young at the same time. I feel very mature, but get such a kick out of watching Spongebob and Scooby-Doo with the kids. My daughter and I have started quoting cartoon lines to each other and cackle like fiends over our own cleverness.
I still have to avoid candy stores like the plague...if I walk through that door I WILL walk out with at least 2 bags of peach rings and rock candy.
I'm a high junkie as well and hit the amusement parks hard. A good day is a day when I have a headache from too many roller coasters.
It's very true that the kid in you never disappears, it's just a matter of how much you've buried that kid.

I have to admit - I love theme parks. I am a roller coaster junkie and there's something about that moment at the top of the biggest hill on the ride, right when you're about to go over the edge where the ride kind of stops just for a second and you hang there....it just makes you feel like there's pretty much nothing you could be doing that could possibly be that exciting. And, you know, there's kind of nothing that beats that feeling at the end of the day when you're walking around, and you're kind of a little bit sunburned but haven't noticed that much yet, and you have cotton candy and it's just starting to get dark and the ride lights start to come on. It's magic, I say! (Also, omg, I clearly haven't been to any parks this year yet, can you tell? *grin*)
